Pili Nuts are high in protein, that help a Parrot build strong muscles, are full of antioxidants to keep a Parrot’s immune system healthy and are full of other nutrients like potassium, calcium and phosphorous so a Parrot stays looking and feeling healthy.

The shell of the nut is quite hard but can easily be opened by larger Parrot species, we’ve cut some notches in to the shells to get a Parrot started.

For smaller Parrots we suggest cracking the shell slightly before handing over to a bird.
